Return Policy: The full return amount minus a 15% restocking and shipping will be returned. Open products, eBooks and heat sensitive products can not be returned. Products must be returned within 10 business days. All returns need to be sent to PSI. All Returns must have a copy of the original invoice included in the box. Customer must pay for return shipping. All returns must be packaged in the original packaging. Returns will be credited back to the same payment type that customer used. Orders will be shipped the following business day via USPS Priority Mail and usually take 3-4 business days to arrive.
