By using TightDesigns.com you agree to the following terms.

For certain product and service offerings you may elect to electronically upload or otherwise submit data, text, photographs, graphics, messages or other materials (collectively, “Customer Content”) to TightDesigns.com for inclusion in print products. You understand and agree that you (and any other person from whom it may have originated) are solely responsible for all Customer Content. When you upload, or otherwise provide Customer Content to TightDesigns.com you warrant and confirm that you either own the copyright to or have permission to copy any documents, text, graphics, photographs, etc., that you submit for inclusion in the print process, and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold TightDesigns.com and its officers, directors, employees, shareholders agent and affiliates, harmless from any suit, demand, or claim arising out of any breach of this warranty and agree to pay any judgment or reasonable settlement offer resulting from any such suit, demand or claim, and to pay any attorney’s fees incurred by TightDesigns.com in defending against such suit, demand or claim.


TightDesigns.com is committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of visitors to our website. In particular, we want you to know that TightDesigns.com is not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. We simply never do that sort of thing.

In this Privacy Policy, we’ve provided you with detailed information as to when and why we collect your personal information and how we use it.

The information such as Name, Email, Billing Address, Shipping Address are captured only for verifying payment of product and shipping destination of ordered product.

The only emails sent to users will be information regarding the order that was placed through the TightDesigns.com website. This information is product detail, cost and shipping information.

Cookies are used only for the purpose of a user to enter their account.

TightDesigns.com uses Google Analytics to analyze general use of the website as a whole and not into specific users’ personal data.

Design Revisions and Alterations

  • Initial Design and Revisions: Upon acceptance of the project, the Client is entitled to a maximum of three (3) sets of revisions or alterations to the initial design proposal, at no additional cost. These revisions must be requested within the project timeline specified in the agreement.
  • Scope of Revisions: Each set of revisions or alterations is limited to minor adjustments and does not encompass a complete redesign or a departure from the initially agreed-upon concept and scope of work. A “set” of revisions refers to a collection of changes requested at the same time.
  • Additional Charges for Excessive Revisions: In the event that the Client requests more than three (3) sets of revisions, each additional set of changes will incur an extra charge. The specifics of these charges will be communicated to the Client in advance and will need to be agreed upon before any further work is undertaken. This additional charge is to account for the extra time and resources expended beyond the original scope of work.
  • Approval and Acceptance: After the third set of revisions, the Client will be asked to provide final approval of the design. Should the Client decline to approve the design after the third set of revisions and request further changes, the aforementioned additional charges will apply.
  • Finalization: It is the Client’s responsibility to review all designs and revisions thoroughly. Upon final approval, the Client accepts responsibility for any further revisions or alterations. Any work done beyond the agreed-upon revisions, as stated in this clause, will be billed in accordance with the additional charges specified.
  • Payment of Additional Charges: Payment terms for additional charges will be consistent with those outlined in the initial agreement, unless otherwise specified. Failure to meet these payment terms may result in a cessation of work and/or delivery of the project materials.

This clause is intended to ensure a fair and efficient process for both parties, recognizing the creative effort and time investment required for graphic design projects. It encourages clear communication and timely feedback to facilitate a successful collaboration.

Print As Is

Once a printing order is submitted, the next step in the process is to have the image “plated”. To keep up with our fast turnaround time, this step is usually done within the hour of the order being placed.

Once the image is plated, the customer will receive a tracking link to follow the progress of the order and no changes can be done. Customer can choose to cancel the shipping of the materials for a partial refund (shipping charges), but the order will be printed and no cancellations will be accepted for a refund of the printed materials.

5% Over Under Rule

As a general rule, printing companies can charge for up to ten percent overs. This goes for paperback book printers, hardcover book printers, catalog printers, magazine printers, even vendors that print newsletters or provide brochure printing. They can also deliver up to ten percent fewer copies than ordered. This is industry standard.

“Overage” refers to copies above and beyond the stated press run. These copies are produced to allow for make-ready (set-up operations) and spoilage during the various components of the printing and finishing process.

To keep costs down for clients TightDesigns.com has a 5% Over Under Rule. Although we endeavor to ship the quantity ordered, TightDesigns.com reserves the right to ship within 5% over or under the requested quantity. If a minimum quantity is a necessity we recommend that you adjust the total quantity ordered to account for the possibility of an under run.


Customers have 30 Days to contact TightDesigns.com with any issues. If the investigation reveals any issues at fault by TightDesigns.com, the order will be fixed or the total amount of the transaction for the order will be refunded into the customer’s account used to make the transaction.

Customers are encouraged to open boxes and inspect items immediately so if any issues do arise they have ample time to place a claim.


By placing an order in which requires delivery, the customer agrees they have confirmed the shipping address provided is valid. In the event the shipping address is not valid, the delivery will be delayed and the customer will incur any shipping fees associated with a re-shipping or return.

Shipments from TightDesigns.com are made through the UPS service. UPS does not offer deliveries to P.O. Boxes. The shipping address for orders should be physical addresses and not P.O. Box addresses. In the event that an order is placed with a P.O Box address in the shipping field, the order will be delayed and the customer will incur any shipping fees associated with a re-shipping or return.

Orders marked for “Pick Up” and later changed to “Shipping” will incur a 5% charge based on the original reception selection.

“Returned to Sender”

If your order is returned back to us by our shipping courier with any of the following statements:

  • “Customer was not available”.
  • “The delivery change was completed.”
  • “The package will be returned to the sender.”

We will need a new/corrected address to forward your package(s). Also note that additional fee of $20.00 will be billed. If you no longer need the product we will charge you $10.00 courier return fee per box.


By clicking the “Print As Is”, customer agrees to take no action which is intended, or would reasonably be expected, to harm the TightDesigns.com or its or their reputation or which would reasonably be expected to lead to unwanted or unfavorable publicity to the Company in regards to orders which would be printed incorrectly due to customer’s inaccuracies.

By entering incorrect shipping address information, resulting in incurred fees passed on from the UPS through Tight Designs to the customer, customer agrees to pay said fees and to take no action which is intended, or would reasonably be expected, to harm the TightDesigns.com or its or their reputation or which would reasonably be expected to lead to unwanted or unfavorable publicity to the Company in regards to orders which would be printed incorrectly due to customer’s inaccuracies.


As a TightDesigns.com Affiliate you agree to the following terms.

Affiliate will receive the general commission rate of 15% based on only the items purchased referred through his/her unique affiliate links. Affiliate commissions are to be paid only for purchased items, excluding tax and shipping fees. Affiliate will only receive commissions for purchases of regular priced items and will not receive commissions for items purchased which are discounted or on special price.

Affiliate will not manipulate system to receive commissions from his/her own sales.

Failure to abide by said terms will result in suspension or termination of affiliate account and affiliate will will forfeit any unpaid commissions.

Use of Promotions

If a product ordered through the TightDesigns.com website is used for promotion, TightDesigns.com reserves the right to use an image of the product in its own promotions including website images, printing catalogue and promotional videos.
