Our Web Hosting plans are designed to host most personal, small business and organization websites. We don’t limit the amount of storage and bandwidth your site can use as long as it complies with our Hosting Agreement. Should your website bandwidth or storage usage present a risk to the stability, performance or uptime of our servers, we will notify you via email and you may be required to upgrade to a Virtual Private Server or Dedicated (Private) Server, or we may restrict the resources your website is using. It’s very rare that a website violates our Hosting Agreement and is typically only seen in sites that use hosting for file sharing or storage.

Payment Authorization:

By accepting these terms and conditions, you authorize Perpetual Solutions Inc to charge the credit card or debit the debit card account that you have specified each month in the amount of the balance due on your monthly card statement. You agree that the payment card specified by you for automatic monthly bill payments to Perpetual Solutions Inc is, and will continue to be, an account that you own, and that you will maintain sufficient availability under your credit card limit, or sufficient funds in the account linked to your debit card, as applicable, to pay your monthly Perpetual Solutions Inc Web Hosting bill. The automatic monthly charge to your credit card or debit to your debit card account will occur on or after the date of the order is placed.

These terms and conditions will constitute your copy of your recurring payment authorization to Perpetual Solutions Inc. Please print and retain a copy of this recurring payment authorization for your records.

You can cancel your recurring payment authorization only by one of the following means: (1) cancelling your recurring payment authorization via Perpetual Solutions Inc’s payment website; or (2) contacting Perpetual Solutions Inc by telephone or notifying Perpetual Solutions Inc in writing through our Contact Page. Your request to cancel your recurring payment authorization must be received by Perpetual Solutions Inc at least three business days before your statement due date for the month in which your request is made. If your cancellation request is submitted after this time, the cancellation will not take effect until the following billing cycle for your Perpetual Solutions Inc statement. If you cancel your recurring payment authorization, you will then be responsible for taking the appropriate action each month to pay your Perpetual Solutions Inc bill on or before the statement due date.

Unregistering your Domain will not cancel this recurring payment authorization.
